Access Standards

The practice has a commitment to the national scheme of improving patient access standards in five key areas. These are:-

  • 48 hour access to a GP
  • Advanced booking for a GP— up to six weeks
  • Availability of a specific GP
  • Telephone access
  • Satisfaction with opening hours

The results of the National Access Patient Survey for 2008/09 have been published and the results for Leiston are as follows
